Note: For payments made via PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay, we will only ship to the confirmed address associated with your account.

Once your order is placed, changes to the shipping address are not possible.

To cancel an order, please contact us by phone. If you prefer to email us, please be aware that we may not receive your message in time. We cannot modify orders once they have left our warehouse.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

We handle orders Monday through Friday, typically processing them within 5 business days.

If you select expedited shipping, your order will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST), excluding postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

During peak periods, such as major sales or holiday seasons, processing times may extend to the full 5 business days or slightly longer due to high order volumes.

 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update their system with tracking details.

If tracking information is not available within the first 48 hours, it likely means the carrier has not yet processed your package. Once the package is scanned into their system, tracking updates will be available. If no information appears after 48 hours, please call or Text us at 1-(978) 499-1073 

Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-12 business days, depending on the shipping option selected. Please note that USPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender,” we will notify you via email. Once the package is received back at our facility, we will process a refund for the subtotal of your order.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned package is received. Please note that your bank may take 2-8 business days to process the refund.

Ensure your address is accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. If you ask the final mile carrier to forward or redirect your package after it has left our warehouse, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

During “free worldwide shipping” promotions, returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be refunded minus the shipping and handling charges that would have applied without the promotion.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Transactions are processed in US Dollars. Your local bank will convert the charge to your currency. You can use our currency converter tool at the top of the page for estimates.

For shipments to Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, we handle all VAT and duties according to UK customs regulations.

For Canada, we manage VAT and duties based on your region.

For other countries, taxes and duties are not calculated at checkout. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local regulations and ensure your order can be imported. We are not responsible for shipping costs if you refuse the package or if customs rejects it due to regulations or fees. If customs seizes the package and it is not returned to us, no refund will be issued.

Note: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.

We offer tracking and delivery to countries including Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Arab Emirates.

We cannot ship to: Guatemala, Iceland, Jamaica, Latvia, Morocco, South Africa, or any overseas pack-stations.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the postal service, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft. We recommend checking the tracking link regularly to ensure someone is available to receive the package at delivery.

If you have issues with tracking information or if your package shows as delivered but is missing, please contact your local post office for assistance. We only have access to tracking details, but your local post office can provide more information.

 

REFUND & MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Drink Galactic® LLC is committed to delivering high-quality products. While we strive for high customer satisfaction, we cannot accept returns of opened items due to their consumable nature.

Refund Requirements:

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition (e.g., sealed tubs, stick packs, or unused apparel).
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Returns must be sent using an insured and traceable shipping method.
  • Products must be purchased directly from www.galacticenergy.com.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

Note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including gift cards. We cannot refund an alternative payment method if a gift card was used.

We recommend contacting us before returning any items to confirm eligibility for a return or exchange. If you return items without prior consultation and they do not meet our criteria, no refund will be issued. You will be notified via email with available options.

Note: No refunds or exchanges are available for items purchased during sales or special promotions, including but not limited to Buy 1 Get 1 Free offers, discounts over 10%, or free shipping promotions.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS

We use advanced scanning technology to ensure accuracy, but errors can occur. Report any issues or damage within 2 days of receiving your order by phone or email.

Please email us at Supp.drinkgalactic@gmail.com with photos of the received items, the packaging, and your invoice. We will review the images and provide options to resolve the issue.

Shaker Cup Policy: Our warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or misuse.
